Job Summary:

The School of Health and Natural Sciences at Mercy University it looking to hire a qualified Teaching Assistant (TA) that will provide academic and administrative support to the professor in the Communications Disorder Program. The TA will assist in grading assignments, projects, papers and exams, and providing content feedback.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic and administrative support
  • Assist in grading assignments, exam and other course papers
  • Provide content feedback on all assignments and exams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous teaching experience either at the undergraduate or graduate level
  • ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist

Education Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology or related fields is required
