Mercy University Athletics seeks a passionate and dedicated Associate Head Men's Lacrosse Coach to join our championship-caliber program in beautiful Dobbs Ferry, New York. This part-time staff position offers an exceptional opportunity to develop student-athletes both on and off the field while competing at the NCAA Division II level.

**What You'll Do:**
- Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of program leadership, including practice planning, game strategy, and player development
- Recruit talented student-athletes who embody Mercy's values of academic excellence and athletic achievement
- Mentor young men to reach their full potential in lacrosse fundamentals, tactical understanding, and life skills
- Support team operations, travel coordination, and compliance with NCAA regulations
- Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, integrity, and Mercy University pride

**What We're Looking For:**
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Previous lacrosse playing and/or coaching experience at competitive levels
- Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with student-athletes
- Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and recruiting regulations
- Commitment to academic success and student-athlete welfare
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel with the team
