The student worker will conduct a comprehensive review of all links on the Mercy Libraries website and its associated research guides to ensure that online resources are accurate, functional, and user-friendly. The student will systematically test internal and external links across the library website and LibGuides/research guides, identify broken or outdated URLs, verify redirected content, and document issues for correction. The project will improve website usability, accessibility, and the overall research experience for library users.

Additionally, the student worker may be asked to support Circulation Desk services. Key responsibilities include:
Provide excellent customer service: Welcome and assist all students, faculty, and staff in a professional manner.
Manage front desk operations: Process all circulation transactions accurately, and answer, screen, and transfer telephone calls.
Maintain library order: Keep assigned bookshelves, the Circulation Desk, and office areas clean and organized.
Provide technical & administrative support: Assist users with basic technology needs, copy/fax/scan documents, and replenish paper in copiers and printers.
Support Inter-library Loans (ILL): Locate books for the ILL department and assist with packaging or processing materials as needed.
