**Position: Staff Part-Time Academic-Game Day Supervisor**

Are you passionate about college athletics and student success? Mercy University is seeking a dynamic Academic-Game Day Supervisor to join our dedicated Athletics team and make a real impact on student-athlete achievement.

**What You'll Do:**
As our Academic-Game Day Supervisor, you'll be the bridge between academics and athletics, ensuring our student-athletes excel both in the classroom and on game day. You'll coordinate academic support services during athletic events, monitor academic eligibility compliance, and provide on-site supervision to maintain our high standards of academic excellence. Your role includes overseeing study sessions, managing academic resources at athletic venues, and collaborating with coaches, faculty, and academic staff to support our student-athletes' educational journey.

**What We're Looking For:**
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in academic support, athletics, or student services preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during athletic events
- Passion for student development and academic success
- Knowledge of NCAA regulations a plus
