Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the coordination of clinical placements for nursing students and clinical faculty across multiple healthcare facilities
- Compile and maintain all required documentation related to clinical site affiliation agreements, renewals, and onboarding requirements
- Track and manage departmental compliance requirements for students and faculty, ensuring timely submission and verification of required records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact lists for clinical sites
- Prepare, organize, and submit materials needed for reports, audits, and clinical placement requests to affiliated healthcare facilities
- Ensure that clinical faculty are properly oriented and trained on the department’s compliance and documentation platforms
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations and other departmental leadership to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement of clinical placement processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the goals and mission of the School of Nursing
Required Skills & Experience:
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with peers, faculty, and supervisors in the School and University is essential
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
