Job Summary:

This position will analyze and report on student recruitment activity and enrollment and marketing data. They will build, update, and deliver reports and dashboards to convey information and trends to the Admissions department as well as the rest of the college. This position will also assist with many aspects of administering the CRM (Slate).

  • Performing research and analysis, and creating reports on trends in admissions, marketing, and various other college data to support recruitment efforts
  • Working on models for projecting applicant and enrollment data using statistical techniques
  • Researching and responding to various ad-hoc requests from internal departments and committees, as well as college leadership
  • Creating data visualizations to illustrate patterns and trends with various college data
  • Compiling information from both internal and external data sources to determine factors affecting enrollment
  • Assisting with data import and management processes in the CRM

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with reporting on CRM data, preferably Technolutions Slate
  • Experience with Ellucian Banner or other Student Information System
  • Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational database concepts
  • Experience creating visualizations in software such as Tableau
  • Some programming experience, preferably using statistical tools like Python or R
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to travel to all campuses

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college in statistics, computer systems, business administration, social sciences, or related field of study
