Job Summary:

Mercy University seeks a Project Administer for the Hispanic Mothers of NY-Training Research Center (HiMNY-RTC) Grant. This position is responsible for confidential documentation management and working closely with the Principal Investigators, federal contacts, HiMNY Scholars and Fellows, and partners involved in the grant functions. This is a hybrid position.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Maintain timely and accurate records of all Grant related activities.

Create spreadsheets of all grant strategies, measures, responsibilities and update monthly for compliance efforts.

Keep and maintain budget expenses.

HiMNY Student Scholar recruitment and onboarding.

Ensure HiMNY Student Scholars sign all required documentation at required intervals.

Ensure quarterly and annual reports are completed in a timely manner, and uploaded on the HRSA EHB Website.

Assist with quarterly and annual performance reports to explain in detail how the goals and objectives have been met, or are being met, as well as any changes that have been made to enhance our Grant performance. This report also includes the expectation of progress for the remaining portion of the federal fiscal year and preparing those for the following year’s Annual Performance Report.
