Job Summary:

The Accreditation & Enrollment Data Analyst in the Physician Assistant Studies (PA) Program, a unit of the School of Health and Natural Sciences, will provide key, high-level support for the Program's continued expansion and growing complexity, particularly In relation to enrollment, accreditation and health-related Initiatives. The person in this position will work closely with the Program Director to carry out varied duties and will be a primary representative of the Director, supporting the cohesiveness of faculty, students and other staff

The role involves supporting accreditation and long-term planning through data gathering, organization, and analysis, including survey creation for ARC-PA compliance.

Key responsibilities include assistance with data analysis, data management of multiple sources for reporting to ARC-PA, management of admissions data, assistance with admissions process, designing graphical displays for program and collaborating with the Program Director on grant proposals and all reports.

Additional duties encompass supervising administrative staff, managing resources to achieve departmental goals, participating in performance improvement activities, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering teamwork and communication across departments. A professional and respectful attitude is essential in interactions with clients and the Mercy University community.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with grant writing and other grant- related activities.
  • Prior experience with the creation and implementation of accreditation processes
  • Excellent supervisory, organizational and training skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Designs and graphical displays for PA Program reports
  • Good analytical skills
  • Skilled in organization and coordination of complex projects
  • Word processing and technical skills in selected software packages, e.g., Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultural diversity and ability to work with individuals or groups with diverse backgrounds

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree or significant progress towards a master's degree preferred
