As the Associate Director of Admissions & Recruitment in the NYC territory, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our university. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, cultivating relationships with prospective students and their families, and overseeing the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate the value proposition of Mercy University. You will collaborate closely with academic departments, marketing teams, and external partners to create compelling outreach campaigns and streamline the admissions experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in higher education admissions and recruitment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment initiatives
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in relevant technology and software applications
- Ability to travel and represent Mercy University at various events
