In addition to circulation: Engage in structured, mentor-guided exploration of academic and career pathways; establish goals and reflect on progress through scheduled check-ins. Translate on-the-job responsibilities into resume-ready competencies by collaborating with the mentor and librarians to identify transferable skills and career applications. Complete curated microlearning (videos, articles, activities) aligned to career development milestones; document takeaways and action steps. Partner with Career Services for tailored resume refinement and interview preparation, integrating feedback into a professional portfolio. Author a librarian-supported research guide on a self-selected topic, demonstrating information literacy, audience awareness, and effective resource curation.

This is a unique role for a current graduate student that provides the opportunity to enhance leadership, interpersonal, networking and communication skills in the Office of Residential Life. The Residential Coordinator will work closely with the professional staff to create and contribute to the enhancement of an on-campus living and learning environment conducive to student success. Reporting to the Associate Director of Residential Life (AD), the Residential Coordinator is a part-time live-in position at Dorm34 under a 10-month contract from August 2026 to May 2027.
